On this journey to himself, he meets Tawny, a leather-lesbian Goddess who is helping him produce a movie on gay rights, and his first boyfriend: Tony "The God." He has his oddball firends by his side: Josh: a nerd who's in love with a female jock, Marty: a foreign kid who says nothing, and Bert: a blonde latte-sipping dancer with a mouth like a whip.As he finds true love he helps his older siblings Oliver: a lawyer who really needs to chill out with a woman, Elliot: a fashion designer who came out of the womb singing "Mame", and the mysterious Pollyanna. His mother Catherine, a breast-cancer survivor and piano teacher/ writer is one of his main supporters and lives with him in his childhood home of Queens, NY.
